Rich Miller has been a licensed private investigator for the past 35 years. He has completed thousands of investigative assignments, including efforts in support of multi-million dollar lawsuits and international missing persons cases. He hold certificates in Accident Investigation from the Northwestern Traffic Institute and in Accident Reconstruction from the Institute of Police Technology and Management. He is a court-qualified expert in Accident Reconstruction and holds private investigator licenses in New Mexico and California. Mr. Miller is an active member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators and the National Association of Professional Background Screeners.
